Jul 202010

After much deliberation, we are happy to announce the winners of our short fiction contest. We came across some interesting stories, each possessing their own charm and writing strength. While we wish we could award prizes to everyone, we had to pick three stories from the talented pool. We will be contacting the winners and will publish their works the Stepping Stones Magazine: ALMIA website. Special thanks to everyone who participated. You helped make this contest a success.

And without further delay, the winners of the FSP Short Fiction Contest:

First Place: $50 & a copy of the 2010 Novel and Short Story Writer's Market
"Mr William Sanderson Strikes for Home" by Rebecca Burns

Second Place: $25 & a copy of the 2010 Novel and Short Story Writer's Market
"The Birthday Card" by Ed Buchanan

Third Place: $10 & a copy of the 2010 Novel and Short Story Writer's Market
"The Moonbabe" by Phillip Gerba

We will sponsor more contests throughout the year. Feel free to follow us on Twitter or join our Facebook Page to keep updated.
